They sound good; my only problem is they keep falling out my tiny ears. As far as fit the X10 fit better but the sound is way better on the X20.

Outstanding sound quality and probably the most comfortable ear buds I’ve ever worn. They stay on, even under strenuous activity, which is not something that could be said about any Apple product. Keep up the good work

Love them. The only issue I have is that the transparency mode could be a little better. I feel like the ANC is always on. Other than that, it's 5 stars for me.
