Elle fournit d'excellentes informations sur l'historique du sommeil, mais la fréquence des mises à jour et la précision des données sont parfois aléatoires. Cela dit, c'est toujours mieux que rien et bien plus pratique que de porter une montre pour dormir.

Comfort I bought this because I dont like the. feeling of sleeping with a watch. also do not want a rash on my wrist and so far just getting used to the comfort of it. I like it, metrics are great, not sure how accurate they are compared to a watch

Comfortable! Love my new Garmin Index. It's so comfortable you forget you are wearing it. The data appears far more sensitive as it's a dedicated device doing one job. Easy to use which is also a huge plus and easy to set up.

Only worked one night I had no problem syncing it the first time and wore it that night and it was comfortable and it gave me readings, the second night nothing. I tried to resync it and was not able to get it to sync so I sent it back.
