Très bien sauf le programme HPSMART L’imprimante fonctionne très bien en elle même ! Par contre votre logiciel HPSMART est LARGEMENT PERFECTIBLE !!! Il met de 1 à 2 minutes à trouver le lien avec l’imprimante (c’est long !!!, trop long). Par moment REFUSE d’imprimer alors qu’il y a une file d’atte... Publié originalement sur Hp-fr

Awful experience. My experience has been awful. From the time I purchased the Envy 6120 it has been a pain. Despite 2 x 1hr calls with HP it is still not scanning or printing. My old Envy 120 was simpler and worked well for many years. I am currently waiting for a local computer man to help me...

imprimante OK L'imprimante est très bien. Elle est destinée à une utilisation personelle et d'appoint et fait parfaitement le job. Le seul problème rencontré est lié à windows pour l'installation. Parfaite ! Je vous la recommande vivement [Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] . La connectivité est très facile et intuitive tout est inscrit sur l’écran de l’imprimante. . Ik beveel deze printer aan [Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Kwaliteitsprinter. Ze print snel en netjes. De installatie is heel eenvoudig met de app. Bovendien is ze mooi en vrij klein, waardoor ze perfect in het decor past.

Unable to get full use of the All-in-One Printer Several problems have existed since purchase. Asks for Serial # every new use. Still only prints intermittently, cannot determine why. Special troubles printing anything related to PDF/ACROBAT.

Schlechte bis gar keine Verbindung zu WLAN oder Bluetooth Habe den Drucker jetzt ein paar Wochen. Jedesmal wenn ich ihn benutzen möchte findet er kein WLAN und wird von meinem Tablett oder Handy erst gar nicht gefunden.
