Product replacement Purchased incorrect product and requested replacement. Support team said that product can’t be replaced. In the product page, need to specify that product is non-returnable. Product is too costly.

I think it is fake or duplicate HP cartridge. Cartridge is not good, I think it is fake or duplicate HP cartridge. I am not very happy with the product. It's not quite the dark we got from HP with the HP printer.
