Doesn't work with my Airpods The stand works great for my iPhone12 but doesn't charge me Airpods at all. LED light never comes on. Real bummer

Really like this Charging Stand! The build quality is solid, it looks nice, and it charges my iPhone 12 Pro Max at 15W! I really like the way the phone floats, and being able to keep/charge my AirPods Pros together. Overall, the charging stand is great!
