Not ready... Fit and comfort are good. Battery life is not all that good. maybe five days. Data points conflict with years of sleep data from a Forerunner 955. The "good news" is that I now have 99% less sleep stress with the Index Sleep monitor. There is no way to snooze or shut off the alarm...

Poor insight information After using this Garmin sleep monitor for a month, I found it to be inaccurate in providing information and difficult to use due to its poor app synchronization, making it hard to track sleep effectively. Additionally, the battery life is inadequate.

Must have for Garmin users For anyone tracking their data 24/7, this is a gamechanger. Way more comfortable than a watch (I literally forget I’m wearing it), and seems to be more accurate as a sleep tracker. Worth every cent.
