Works great

Premium Router that can handle basic stuff
Im having to restart the router multiple times a day after recent update
all the devices show that no ip is being allocated or cannot get ip
only when turn it off and back on it works

great buy. a must to have

Never worked right
I bought this product on Nov 11, 2020 and finally had enough. Would drop signal and would not stay connected. Spent 4 hours with IT trying to reset and 2 times I got dropped and they never called back so I had to start over. Finally just returned it and went with another bran... Really good

Not reliable

Great Router
This router does a great job. I had problems with my current that my ISP provided with download speeds dropping to 3 Mbps during high traffic times. The Netgear RAX40 solved that problem and the range is also better than my old router. Publié originalement sur NetgearT

Buggy software
If youre a power user, avoid the RAX40 at all costs.
I've experienced bugs in
- adding IP reservations
- specifying a DNS primary/secondary server
- login admin password reset
- being able to access local resources over LAN but not WIFI.
