This thing quit literally does not work. I have been a Dyson customer for 6+ years and am truly disappointed. My wifes reaction initially was I've already got a hair dryer, after about five minutes of using it she LOVED it. I think the phrase was...there are hair dryers and there are dyson hair dryers. By far worth every penny! I take a lot of pride in keeping my hair nice and adding this amazing hair dryer to my hair collection has been everything!! It's great, but I don't know that I would buy this newer version over the cheaper older style again. I had my original one for 8 yrs and it kept shutting down and wouldn't stay running. The hair dryer is exceptional! It came with all the attachments and a box to store it in. The design is lovely; I got the blue and copper. The noise is low but of course gets louder as the blower is increased. My hair dries very fast with the amazing technology. A little pricey but I do like the dry... This is my second Dyson hairdryer. I had purchased the original one in 2016, 10 years, almost to the day, later it finally died (RIP, it came with me to my wedding in 2019 and was a member of my family lol). I loved that hair dryer, so I immediately purchased the equivalent option.
