CVB Hi! The power cord is not included. This charger isn’t an official HP product but is a compatible replacement for many HP models. In my case, I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15. My original charger stopped working, and the adapter label (which includes information on input, output, etc.) mentions “Replace with spare: L00818-850”. This replacement matched that reference and has worked perfectly. If you still have your original charger, I recommend checking the label to see if it mentions a spare part number. That’s the best way to confirm if this one is compatible with your HP OMEN 15-DC0000NS. Hope that helps!
