    Cartouche efficace J'ai essayé sans la cartouche, l'eau avec un gout de plastique, vraiment pas terrible à boire. Mais depuis que j'ai installé la cartouche, l'eau n'a pas de gout ni d'odeur, et elle est bien meilleure que celle du robinet, donc oui je recommande! Publié originalement sur Samsung-fr_fr

    Poor installation instructions There is nothing on the product to show the direction of flow. Installation is therefore guesswork. How can samsung miss something so simple? A simple arrow on the label would suffice.

    Good filter with easy to use push fit connections but ........ what is the correct flow direction?? For a genuine Samsung replacement item, why does the filter not have a flow direction marked per the information label on the item? Not acceptable for genuine replacements.

    Filter- problem Here in Croatia it is almost impossible to buy the original filter. After 5 months of research we had to buy a non-original filter. If we had known that you do not have a good organization we would never have bought a samsung fridge

    Good but instructions poor on removal of old unit. It works well but the instructions on how to remove the old filter are very poor! As others say, you have to remove the little coloured retaining clip and then push in the grey bit whilst pulling the tube. Then the tube comes away easy. Fitting...
