These have become our default headset Excellent product, with good value when on sale price. Easy to use for users, though they stopped coming with a carry case, which is disappointing. They are easy to pair and offer good quality audio

Lenovo Wireless VoIP Headset (Teams) Headset build quality is great - feels really solid and is comfortable to wear; however, functionally it doesn't do the job required of it. It keeps losing connection with the dongle and attendees in Teams meetings keep saying that I am breaking up all the time...

Excellent headphones These headphones are excellent. They fit well and are soft. Even wearing them for a long time is very comfortable. The sound quality for audio and calls is excellent and the controls are intuitive and convenient.

Some issues Had a number of issues with the headset unpairing from laptop, occasionally lose one or the other of mic or sound. All a bit frustrating. Hopefully this’ll just be teething problems and will resolve itself
