Disappointed Only records data about 1/2 the time. Pretty disappointed with this product.

Does it's job, but with some real drawbacks After a couple of weeks, I'm pretty underwhelmed. I like the form factor for sleeping. My Fenix 7 has been giving me issues at night, I wake up with pins and needles in my hand sometimes. This has totally solved it, at a price: 1. The alarm has woken me...

Sleeping better! I've been using this for a couple of weeks. My sleep is improving, not because the band makes me sleep better, but because it makes me more aware of my sleep habits. I have been able to make adjustments. I enjoy the expanded data, as well.

Sleep Cuff for the win It’s been six months or so, and at night I forget that it is on. The battery life is good, and as long as you throw it on the charger, it will quietly and comfortably collect your sleep data without a clunky watch

Easy to use. Comfortable to wear. I don't notice it on my arm. It's nice to see how long you sleep and the different stages of sleep.

The only complaint I have is the sleep monitor makes a mark on my arm overnight and was a little uncomfortable. I did order the larger band to be safe. Regardless of how I adjust it it does put a pressure mark on my arm so I look forward to taking it off in the morning.
