The ease of the machine and its functionality is great! As a decaf coffee drinker I can easily make a coffee for myself without needing to empty the machine/changing the beans for the next person. Lots of multi-functionality as well as endless choices - a great machine.

We have this machine in our office, so it gets a lot of use. Everyone can make the coffee of their choice with so many options available. The machine is attractive and easy to use. I specifically enjoy the option to have cold coffee.

Loved using this coffee machine, it seemed like it would be complicated but it was so easy to use and the touchscreen was really intuitive. It was great to experiment with a number of different drinks that I wouldn't normally make, particularly the cold brew which was such a bonus to make instantly!
