The touch controls do not work on my unit. Otherwise, they're perfect. Noise canceling is second to none. I could also use a bit more base myself but the clarity is exquisite. An absolute game-changer!
I have owned Bose headphones since the original pair that was ever released. Fast forward to about 5 pairs later, these headphones took me by surprise. This was very close in experience to unboxing and using the original iPhone. An absolute game changer.
