Got as an office chair for my wife that has fibro and arthritis, her hips and low back hurt so bad from sitting in regular chair, she would come home in tears from the pain. This is a really good chair I like the comfort and the lumbar support by far the best, it sits well for long hours at a time, I will be posting a video on YouTube of how easy the setup is. Purchased the Alienware version of this chair from Dell.com (Alienware S3800 Comfort Gaming Chair). It is extremely comfortable and adjusts to everyone's liking.
