Arrived with one of the ends unglued. Glued it back in place and works fine and appears to be holding. Wouldn't be surprised if it comes unglued at some point again.

I opened the box and charged it for 24 hours and it does not work. I have sent two emails and got no response. Very disappointed for a very expensive product.

As usual, TwelveSouth gets accolades for beautiful design and functionality. I like this so much! It is lightweight, compact, but well built. It is a very good replacement for the Apple MagSafe Duo that I’ve been carrying with me for quite some time. This is a real upgrade!

It’s very small and cute. But I could not open it when it came I pulled so hard that the charging piece separated . I pushed it back together and thankfully it charged my phone.. it’s the perfect size for traveling.
