Water getting in pump connection I really want a UV water fountain for my cats, but this one is defective and maybe dangerous? Water is able to get into the threaded connection with the pump/bowl and cause corrosion which destroys the internal pins. It’s destroyed two pumps so far before I realize...

Disappointed I loved my Catit, even told many friends about it. After less than 2 months, it quit working. I had checked it every day and added water when needed (often, my ragdoll drinks a lot!) So disappointed!

do not recommand Broke in less than 1 year. The fountain was deconected from the application and cannot be paired with it since. It was the only feature justifying the high price and its not working anymore. Less than 1 year later the pomp broke.

Déçue pour le prix Je suis déçue car je ne pensais pas que je devrais la nettoyer complètement à tous les deux jours au prix qu’elle est. L’eau devient vaseuse en très peu de temps. Je la remplis avec de l’eau provenant de ma distributrice d’eau donc embouteillée.

Horrible design The pump electrical design comes apart inside the bowl? Who thought it was a good y? Who thought wouldn’t get wet AT ALL?? Well after 5-6 months of use the pump’s prongs rusted out. For such a pricey fountain it was designed horrible to make a short life span.
