Broken item I have owned several otter case products. I ordered on for my son’s ipad. The stand case was broken when we opened it.

Go back to the way you had made them I had one of your much older ones where the bottom pops in the inside and turn it and put it on the shelf versus the flimsy back that you raise out that’s plastic. I find it extremely hard to work with and very cheap for the price.

Wishing I hadn't bought this... Worst iPad cover I've ever had. So heavy and clunky and doesn't quickly switch from one position to another. Very expensive for something I'm so unsatisfied with.
