El servicio de mensajería GLS ha sido malo: La página de seguimiento funciona mal, no te llaman en caso de estar ausente, tuve que ir dos veces a las oficinas,... El producto venía desprecintado. Espero que el técnico que me lo instalará no tenga problemas.

Our plotter had stopped printing, and HP tech support recommended this item. It was so fast and simple to swap out, and now the plotter works perfectly again!

My machine rejected the fist replacement with the announcement that a new Ink cartrage was leaking..made a call to HP Tech..very knowledgeable, but couldn't get it running. I was promised a new Printhead and surprisingly, it arrived within 24 hours. (!) Installed and I am up and running.. Thanks

I bought HP 711 Plotter head but after call log for HP engineer he checked your material and he reported me that material is faulty.

As a lifetime supporter/user of HP printers I am both disappointed and angered by your crass commercial exploitation in forcing product owners to purchase “installation ink cartridges” when simply replacing a printhead. Cannon here I come.

I was worried I would have to buy a new plotter but gave this a try first. So glad I did!!! Worked perfectly and super easy just pop old out insert new seriously that easy. Printing back to normal.
