Scan and Menu Screen I am disappointed that the printer does not do both sides of a document automatically. I also find the Menu screen is not as sensitive as I feel it should be. Often I have to press the screen repeatedly to operate the features. Otherwise the print feature is great.

Doesn’t meet expectations The printer is very slow to print and you have to keep the page that you’re printing pulled up until the print is done otherwise it cancels the print. Also, it will run a blank page through and then cancel the print job. Didn’t expect such issues with an HP.

Good all-in-one printer. Just getting started with this model but looks like it will satisfy my nee. Ink cartridges are very small and not as easy as other models.
