Broken One of the rollers came with a broken plastic piece. I attempted to file an issue online and have heard nothing back from HP.

Exactly what we needed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing beats the original genuine product for replacement parts. Works perfectly every time.

Not an easy install Replacing the actual transfer film was easy, the rollers not so much and now our printer jams all the time. Need to have this be a HP technician install NOT customer. Not as easy as you say it is.

Too many parts I ordered the transfer kit because my printer gave me a message to order it, but the "kit" that I bought had about 10 parts that my machine did not have. there should be a way to input the serial number and get ONLY the parts needed for that machine.
