I'm very disappointed that this remote stopped working 3 months after buying the TV. I was never really a fan of the voice command or cursor features, but now I'm very disappointed in it after learning how poorly made it is. This should not stop working after just 3 months! Unbelievable.

I’m very happy with my new remote. The pointer make it so much easier and quicker to navigate through the apps and typing in the titles. I can’t wait until they come out with one that has a back light on it. I’ll be the first buyer. 😊 #LifesGood 🫶🏾

Functionally, this remote works well and it feels comfortable to hold. I would've given it 5 stars were it not for the fact that the numbers and letters rubbed off and became virtually unreadable after only 3 months (see photo). I don't feel this should be happening with a TV of this price.
