Buttons are confusing, doesn't light up. No differential in the shape of the buttons so you can't ergonomically choose a button. Absolutely horrible. Better have the lights on in the room to use this remote, there’s no using it by feel or backlit buttons. You can’t fast forward and tons of scrolling options are impossible to use. I'm very disappointed that this remote stopped working 3 months after buying the TV. I was never really a fan of the voice command or cursor features, but now I'm very disappointed in it after learning how poorly made it is. This should not stop working after just 3 months! Been just over a year with the lg c1 paired with this remote . Seems like most of the buttons especially the power button are not very responsive anymore. Functionally, this remote works well and it feels comfortable to hold. I would've given it 5 stars were it not for the fact that the numbers and letters rubbed off and became virtually unreadable after only 3 months (see photo).
