A fantastic product. This product was recommended by a friend of mine who owns a coffee shop and is a roaster. I have had it for a few years now and I have been delighted with it. Looks fantastic. Grinds the coffee with precision and consistency. Very easy to clean. I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolute Junk!!!! I'm on my 3rd have the first two replaced. Everything jams up inside the machine and doesnt dispense to the tray. Takes forever to clean it out only for it to happen again. Doesnt matter the type of bean. It even clogs on the grinder clean pellets!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Disappointed I thought it was a great coffee grinder when I bought it 14 months ago (Jan 2025.) But it died yesterday. At this price I expected it to last at least as long as my last grinder which was a third of the price.
