Nichts als Probleme und beträchtliche Zusatzkosten. Zudem wurde das Supporttelefon nicht aktiviert. Es verharrte in einer Endlosschlaufe mit deutscher und englischer Abfrage.

ingewikkeld mijn vorige was in 2 minuten geïnstalleerd deze ingewikkeld , herkent dan wel en dan weer niet werkt mijns inziens niet zoals het moet en zal wellicht een PC dokter moeten laten komen

Returned Item It was returned for a full refund some weeks ago - I bought it to replace my HP ENVY 4520 and it was a nightmare to set up and never ran properly - even with all of the fantastic suoort that HP engineers provided. This has not put me off HP products - just an unfortunate experience

Make your instructions clearer and simpler. On the whole I'm pleased with my new printer. It was tricky to get my laptop to speak to it, I had to ask a friend for help, but now it works well. Great printer. Printer is perfect at a great price. With subscription, at a good monthly rate, you don't have have to worry about ink as your printer orders it when you need it.

Zuverlässigkeit. Ich habe es vor paar Wochen gekauft und bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Einstellung war zwar nicht ganz reibungslos aber die Technik Support hat mich erfolgreich unterstützt.
