Great unit, but sometimes it totally freezes and all icons appear on the display. Unit is strong on responsiveness, speed, output quality, printing, and scanning. However, it occasionally (every few weeks) will freeze and all icons will appear on the display. There seems to be no way to address ...

Excellent and affordable printer Brilliant prints to my non-expert eyes at a very affordable price. We use various distributions of Linux at home and once the printer was connected to the network, it appeared immediately and everything just worked. Very happy with it :)

Slow to connect I bought this printer to replace my Epson WF2850 and the crazy ink replacement costs. So far, I'm loving the refillable ink setup. However, with the wireless setup, connecting is very slow, and start up is very slow. Many times my computer says printer not found. It's annoying. Pri...

Great home office prtinter First inkjet printer I have ever bought, always had lasers before. Set up was dead easy and print quality is great. Now I print less for work (like everyone else), it makes so much more sense than a big, heavy laser. The massive ink tanks are a real bonus; don't even thi...

Dependable All-in-One Printer Seems to be a really nice printer. We've only had it a short time, but no issues. Prints, scans, and copies without any problems.

Very good so far, but problems with paper feed at times Excellent printing, especially on high quality. However, I have had a few paper jams of late. I am a little concerned that this may escalate into something more serious. I hope not because so far I am really pleased with the printer.
