Loving the larger screen size I’m very happy with my new laptop. The larger screen size is great for viewing movies while we are travelling in our caravan. The set up process was extremely easy. The only negative is the start button being the 5th button in from the right hand side.

Won't Connect to HP Scanner My new HP 17.3" Laptop is pretty good, much like my previous HP Laptop BUT it will not connect to the scanner on my HP all in one printer, copier and scanner. How on earth does HP think it is OK to design, produce and sell two relatively high-end home computer products ...

Good but not great I baought the 17 inch as I was working on the road a bit and needed the screen size. Yes it works and does what I need but missing the figerprint options and screen resolution is quite poor. But I have it and moving forward.

Email failure The laptop shows that it has my email account but states that the inbox is empty, whereas it does have emails as shown on my desktop hp. I cannot find any way to amke it work

Updated envy very happy with my new laptop. the hinges have been redesigned and feel much better. easy to set up and get connected (even for a seventy non-IT type person)

Love the Large Screen and Numeric Keypad Bought this laptop for work great as I rarely use my monitor as the larger screen suits all my requirements. Frozen screen The screen was frozen but we found online instructions on how to restart it if there was a problem with the graphic card. It is running well now so that must have been the issue. A couple of issues Nice size laptop easy to use. Concerns are battery life very short. Barely lasts a few hours just doing normal browsing. Also the cursor is way too sensitive and program etc open simply gliding over them.

HP Laptop 17-cn4002TU Little disappointed. Battery Life is 24 hours - just. The Mouse is stiff and not awesome. Made a bad decision on this laptop
