Not Worth The Money It jams constantly and won't cycle when it's supposed to. Even hitting the manual button doesn't do anything. Constantly have to fix it several times a week.

Still high maintenance for a litter box Having an automatic litter box is a game changer, however there are some kinks with this one that make me unable to give 5 stars. My two cats started using it within days, so no complaints there but I'm not sure if I received a faulty one or not. Small litte...

Easy to use and convenient [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two fur babies and one is already getting used to the littler box and seems to love it. It’s easy to use with the app… I set it up to self clean an hour after so that the poop doesn’t make a mess and it’s clumped...

Great litter box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box works great! I have 6 cats so it gets a workout. It is very well made and helps control the odor. Noise level is a little loud but not unbearable. I like that it tells me when a cat has used it and the approximat...

Multiple brand owner here. Had the Smartspin for a couple of weeks now, and it works great. We also own the most popular brand, and this unit seems just as good to me. I did a deep clean on it today and it only took about 10 minutes or so. The app works well and messages me when the litter bin is ...

The app is so helpful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PetSafe ScoopFree SmartSpin is a game-changer if you hate scooping cat litter-it spins to clean itself and logs your cat's habits through an app. Super quiet and odor-trapped, though the fancy litter refills will add up...

Nice Litterbox I bought the smart spin litterbox for my two ragdolls kittens. It was easy to put together. My kittens jumped in immediately and used it. The only thing I don’t like about it is the litter shifter hole are to big, the holes need to be a little smaller. The smaller pieces end up back...

Life is easier so far! So far, I'm really liking this unit. Assembly was fairly easy, instructions were pretty clear. I had a little trouble connecting to my wifi but that was more user error than anything. Once connected, it was easy to set up the app. Unfortunately in the last few months I had j...

Functional self cleaning litter box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a good litter box! The installation was super quick and easy! If all the screws are tight and inserted the way it’s supposed to go, you’ll have no issues. Their poop/pee gets clumped and dumped in the con...

Can I swap mine [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so awesome for 2 weeks, and I think it would be awesome if you have only 1 cat. I have 2, and they like to go in at the same time, and it makes me have to reset the sensor tells you when to clean it and also that you have...
