Replaced a foil-type electric razor and in comparison this is quiet in operation and gives a pretty close shave all over the face, without protracted attempts to get the hairs under my chin and jowls.

Best ever !! Great battery life, easy to clean, very portable, quick charging and best of all produced in the Netherlands again [NOT CHINA] I am 74 and have owned 4 electrically powered shavers and 2 battery operated , all Philips.
