Really versatile tool to remove stiffness before and after workouts. Excellent guidance for various types of workouts and their unique treatments controlled from an app on the mobile. Very simple to use. A must-have tool for any serious athlete.

I became aware of the Pro Plus from a Spa in Crete whilst on holiday. I ordered when I returned and has been in daily use for around two weeks. It has made a big difference to recovery particularly after training runs. Really delighted so far.
