Truly non-stick and PFAS free to boot. It feels solid in the hand and nothing sticks, but I add a bit of coconut oil anyway for the taste. I do not use washing up liquid on the inside, instead I wipe it, as I would with cast iron pan. I am well impressed.

Excellent frying pan I've been looking for a non stick pan that is durable for a long time and I think I've finally found it. Excellent quality, easy to wash and truly non stick without being toxic to your health. So pleased with it!

Superb quality and super non-stick finish I bought this as a replacement for my aging Le Creuset pan of the same size which has lost its non-stickness. Vastly cheaper and every bit as high quality and a superior non-stick finish. I will be replacing all my Le Creuset pans with Premiere Greenpans.
