Disappointing overall volume for playing music The sound quality of these units is overall pretty good however the overall volume for music disappointing. Far more quiet than even much cheaper pairs of earbuds or headphones I have. Expected a much more rich product from HP / Poly.

Poly Voyager Free 20 earbuds let me be "in" the music The sound quality of these earbuds is truly amazing. I thought my Pixel Buds 2 sounded great but these Poly Voyager Free 20 units just leave the Pixel Buds in the dust. I feel like I am in the music - not listening to it.

I had turned on recording & transcription on teams call and it picked up weird words based on what people were talking aro...
