They don't work... Just received these brand new, right earbud is defective right out of the box. Very disappointed.

Poor design These are the worst earbuds ever. They do not stay in your ears. "You had one job", she says. And noone cares that they don't fulfil their core purpose. They are great at falling out however. Buy the Momentums instead.

Hmmm The sound is good, but I haven't yet found the fitting comfortable, and the 'tap' controls are not easy to predict. I like the brand so will persevere but have been a longtime user of Bose and so far this is not the new champion.
