Doesn’t stay connected to internet originally bought this to replace my ring pro within the hour the ring was back on my door. The amount it sees for its price is very poor and the general use on the app is also very poor. Would avoid at all costs and go to ring for a doorbell stays connected clear... The camera quality is great. However I would not recommend buying this, the app is so slow, crashes all the time and is almost impossible to actually watch back any footage recorded on the doorbell. Tried to contact eufy about this issue however just get a response from an unhelpful bot. Publié originalement sur Anker-gbE

Well packaged and delivered the next day. Instructions hard to follow as the text so small in the tiny setup book. Fortunately I have other Eufy items so knew the setup procedure, and everything went seamlessly. Worked first time and all the videos kept locally so no on going cloud payments.

I HAd a Ring doorbell and wasn't prepared to pay the charges to save videos so I bought this and a chime on offer, excellent video quality . Only downside its not as quick opening videos as I would expect Publié originalement sur Anker-gbS

Does what I expected. Better with lighting for a colour image but better than I expected in the dark.

Great picture definition, easy to set up the doorbell on its own but try to set up the chime for storage is another matter. Tried every method and still no success, time to contact Anker for an answer! Publié originalement sur Anker-gbV

Received doorbell quicker than scheduled. Charged battery (not wired in) and replaced the Ring doorbell. Eufy doorbell linked with Alexa, so no need for extra chime module. Eufy doorbell linked bell working great.
