This is the only adapter we found that actually worked with Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 3. Tech support was great to work with as they answered my questions finding something to work.

Like all Startech products, it works. I installed the driver, it asks me to reboot, I did (be sure you do) and I plugged it in to my USB port on my HP Spectra x360 and it works.
