L'idéal est d'utiliser un ordinateur portable équipé d'un port USB Type-C pour alimenter le hub. Vous pouvez y connecter simultanément jusqu'à quatre périphériques (souris, clavier, etc.) et même un câble USB pour recharger votre smartphone.
Avantages
  • Il est très léger, très facile à transporter car il se plie, et très fin.
Inconvénients
  • Il vous faut un port USB-C pour l'alimenter, or tous les ordinateurs portables n'en sont pas équipés, et si vous n'en avez qu'un, vous êtes obligé de l'utiliser pour connecter la base, ce qui ne vous laisse plus de ports USB-C libres.

Le support est excellent et remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Les ports USB sont un véritable atout pour les ordinateurs portables actuels, qui en sont souvent dépourvus en standard.

Inconvénients
  • Le connecteur initial est de type USB-C, ce qui signifie que si votre ordinateur portable ne possède pas ce type de sortie, vous devrez acheter un adaptateur, car celui-ci n'est pas fourni.

Je l'ai acheté car mon ordinateur portable surchauffait pendant le montage vidéo. Grâce à ce support Targus, je peux désormais travailler à une température plus basse, même sans ventilateur. J'ai triplé mes options de connexion, et sa légèreté et sa compacité le rendent facile à transporter.
