Too few uses We have used this part springingly Very clever design but surprisingly cheap materials for a Peak product. The tripod is a stellar product that never fails to preform. Beautifully engineered but a bit flimsy I used this for some years (maybe twice a year or so) and while it works, it broke after being used a dozen times or so. So it's not super strong but the way it hides in the tripod is ingenious!

It’s amazing, ☝🏽 hickup though Tripod amazing the phone mount is genius besides one hiccup. It’s 2025 and we take videos in vertical format. We please make a vertical phone Mount for the tripod.

Tripod Phone Mount is too flimsy The cell phone mount broke when I used it for the first time. I was gentle in mounting so I think it must be a design flaw. This is the worst part of the tripod.

Broke immediately I was super excited about the tripod and even more excited when I saw it came with a phone mount. Really clever design but broke immediately when I tried it the first time. Thought about getting it replaced but it would just keep breaking on me.

Travel Tripod Phone Mount Replacement I am so happy with the replacement I got. This one is super sturdy and the response I got from the company was very quick and automatic. Thankfully because of the warranty I registered made this exponentially quicker!
