Annoying you can not get program info. about a channel without going to the guide, with all other makes of tv you get a info. button on the handset that brings up information about the program your watching without going to the guide.

I absolutely love LG products and the new TV is lovely BUT for the awfully designed Remote Control. It's buttons are very small, so close to each other they are easily miss-pressed, plus the actual design is almost tubular, so forget about leaving the remote on a sofa arm etc as it rolls off.

I have spent the better part of two hours trying to find a pdf manual that provides DETAILED instructions on how to set up the full range of features on the remote. All that I find is a short document that simply points out what each of the keys does - not how to set them up. Stoooopid

Köpte LG tv med magicfjärkontroll sen två år, i början allt fungerade bra med fjärrkontroll i ca 1 år men nu måste byta batteriet varje månad så irriterande. Börjar fundera att köpa universal fjärrkontroll och slänga magicfjärkontroll

I agree with all the bad feedback about the Magic Remote the OK button is a poor design, my husband who is an engineer fixed it a few times but eve he has given up now. He's taken a photo of the offending item and says "its only 1.8mm no where near strong enough"
