The battery life is as expected - we tend to replace immediately onto stand anyway. The sound quality is fine and of course being cordless allows you to move around ... Truly Awful piece of kit, these handsets produce all kinds of beeps and low battery alert messages even when fully charged and sitting in chargers, very disturbing when you are trying to sleep.
