Un véritable atout pour la détente et la réduction du stress. Je suis ravie des lunettes Therabody SmartGoggles 2. Depuis que je les utilise, j'ai constaté une nette diminution de mes maux de tête et du stress accumulé pendant la journée. Elles sont parfaites pour reposer les yeux après de longues h... Avantages
- Ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est la possibilité de personnaliser l'expérience via l'application, qui permet de choisir différents modes de relaxation et sons, en plus des trois préconfigurés. Leur fonctionnement incroyablement silencieux les distingue nettement des autres modèles disponibles sur le marché.
Inconvénients
- Pour vous donner un exemple… Il est vrai que le prix est plus élevé, mais j'ai trouvé la meilleure offre chez PcComponentes, car ils sont généralement très compétitifs.

Je les porte pour me détendre après le travail et la nuit pour dormir. Il y a peut-être d'autres facteurs, mais depuis que je porte ces lunettes, je m'endors plus vite et je me réveille moins souvent la nuit. Avantages
- C'est très relaxant. Ça masse les tempes.
Inconvénients
- Vibrations et quelques bruits
