OK, je viens de commencer à utiliser ce produit.
Il faut d'abord lire les instructions pour trouver la méthode qui vous convient.
C'est un peu étrange au début ; je le trouve un peu lourd et il appuie sur le visage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the mask for a couple of weeks, and so far so good! While you can leave your eyes open, I choose to close them and take 9 minutes to listen to a podcast or meditate. The accompanying massage is super relaxing.

I really like this product — the quality and design look much more premium compared to others I’ve seen. It definitely stands out. The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but overall, it’s worth it DEFINITELY helps with skin texture and firmness. I notice after the 9 minutes... The product is really good, except a few disappointing factors. Positives are : It’s portable. The mask automatically goes through the three light settings in only 9 minutes. Very easy to incorporate the TheraMask into my night routine. 9 minutes to cycle through the entire session and very pleased with the built-in massager(face/head).
