Extremely Disappointed – Stopped Working Twice
I am really frustrated with this Eufy doorbell. I first bought it a few months ago, and it stopped working, so I contacted support and received a replacement. Shockingly, the replacement has now developed the exact same problem.

Rubbish battery life
Very frustrating if you want to use as battery powered. Battery only lasts a couple of days then takes over a day to recharge.

Security doorbell - no subscription
Works as intended. I’m able to see who ours at the door directly from my phone and the best part is no monthly subscriptions.

A stones throw

Grwat when it actually works
Find this camera misses half the comings and goings. Support have been less than useful, just copy & pasted responses. Really disappointed by this doorbell considering our cheap blink did better. Publié originalement sur Anker-gbG

I've set a detection zone around the steps up to my front door. This doesn't seem to work - anyone walking past on the street will trigger a recording event. My door is about 4m from the street so there's lots of room to distinguish between them. Publié originalement sur Anker-gbH

Really happy with purchase
Camera quality is excellent, set up and video door bell (wireless) was easy to follow and install. 4 stars due to delay in notifications on audio 2 way speech and if someone walks up the path quickly, the doorbell chime is pressed before app notifies me of motion detecte... In short it falls short
The Camera works but cannot integrate it with phone on Alexa. Support just sends duplicate screenshots of what to do. Nomenclature does not match their app, iPhone or Alexa. Very confusing. Publié originalement sur Anker-gbC

Do yourself a favour and stay well away.
Ive had THREE of these doorbells go wrong within about 14 month and now Eufy will do nothing about the last one, wanting me to buy a FOURTH, DREAM ON EUFY!
