Very difficult to setup and connect. Unit is made of cheap plastic, noticeably less quality than most HP printers once it is out of the box - and much too loud when it runs.

Very fast method to replace ink. You must follow the directions precisely. No mess and the idea to recycle the old cartridge is good for all. I’m happy with my printer and the ink lasts a long time. Publié originalement sur HpN

The product is fine, my problem was with the instructions. They are ALMOST foolproof. I say almost because they don't tell you to move the plunger handle from the side of the unit to the upright position BEFORE you start shaking the cartridge or toner will fall out! Publié originalement sur HpA

These printers are a little bit older and it could be that all of the ink refill kits that are currently sitting on shelves are just so old and caked on that not too much powder comes out.
