    It's a useful addition! I'm carrying my camera on backpack's strap (with a Capture, of course!), and traditional strap would dangle all the way! Fast detachable strap helps me secure the camera on my hand. Moreover, I have the same anchors on my knife, and flashlight... You got the picture...
